By accessing and using the Aesthetics by Heidi website (“the Site”) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. About Our Services

Aesthetics by Heidi provides cosmetic injectable treatments and skincare services. All treatments are performed by Heidi Eastcott, a registered nurse (AHPRA: NMW0001593010). Treatments are provided at our clinic at 1/270-272 Coventry Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205.

3. Consultations

A consultation is required before any treatment. During the consultation, we will assess your suitability for treatment, discuss options, risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment following a consultation.

Individual results may vary. All treatments carry potential risks and side effects, which will be discussed during your consultation.

4. Informed Consent

Before any treatment, you will be required to provide informed consent. This includes acknowledgment that:

• You have been informed of the nature of the treatment, risks, and alternatives
• You have disclosed all relevant medical history, medications, and allergies
• Individual results may vary and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed
• You understand the aftercare requirements

5. Bookings and Appointments

• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email
• A booking confirmation does not guarantee a specific treatment - suitability is assessed at consultation
• We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest

6. Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments and will provide as much notice as possible

7. Online Store

Products purchased through our online store are subject to the following terms:

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Product availability is subject to stock
• We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days
• Shipping is within Australia only

8. Content Subscriptions

Premium content subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring billing at the interval you select (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel at any time via your account page - access continues until the end of the billing period
• Content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed
