Our policy on cancellations, refunds, and returns.

1. Treatment Cancellations

Cancellation by You

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund of any deposit paid, or rescheduling at no charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Deposits may be forfeited. We understand emergencies happen - please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you
  • No-show: The full deposit may be forfeited

Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund of any deposit or an alternative appointment time.

2. Treatment Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments, refunds for completed treatments are generally not available. However:

  • If you experience an adverse reaction or complication, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and may offer complimentary follow-up treatment where appropriate
  • If a treatment cannot be completed for clinical reasons (e.g., you are found to be unsuitable during the appointment), any payment made will be refunded in full
  • Individual results may vary. Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes does not automatically entitle you to a refund, but we are committed to working with you to address your concerns

3. Product Returns

Change of Mind

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Faulty or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs
  • Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your content subscription at any time from your account page
  • Access to premium content continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period
  • If you experience billing issues, please contact us and we will resolve them promptly

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Order number or booking reference (if applicable)
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
